This area of preserved savannah wilderness covers an area of 1510km2 and is part of the vast Serengeti Plains. It is widely known for its picturesque wildebeest migration. It is home to the Big Five among other magnificent animals such as the giraffes, black baked jackal, bat eared fox, Thomson gazelle, topi and hartebeest. It also harbors over 500 different species of birds such as ostrich, bustard, white baked vulture, secretary bird and marabou stork. You will arrive in time for lunch. Alter lunch you can either spend the rest of the day at leisure or have an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight stay at the lodge

Day 2

Spend the entire day at Maasai Mara exploring the park in search of the big 5. Morning and afternoon game drives are offered. The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that it is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You will easily see lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo, leopard, many kinds of antelopes and elephant.
